Introducing the new adjustable depth rackmount din rail panel. IRP10325DS offers traditional panel fabricator a way to reduce cost and shorten lead time for small and larger projects.

Our industrial control panel (ICP) solution offers simple and easy way to be integrate into any ICP design. Our Din Rail products are design specifically for industrial standard EIA-301 19” rackmount cabinet. Since, EIA-310 19” rackmount cabinet is widely used in the telecom and data center industry, panel fabricator or in-house engineer can easily order 19” cabinet from almost any e-retailer or local reseller at very competitive pricing.

EIA-310 19” cabinet offers excellent air flow, security and protection from environment. It is available in many sizes ranging from 13U up to 47U. The mounting platform can be as simple as a 2 Post relay rack to a fully enclosed 4 post cabinet with a build in air conditioning unit. With so many size and shape to choose from, you will not have any problem finding a suitable size enclosure for your project need.

HIGHLY CUSTOMIZABLE

No access to drill press or drill for your prototype. The slotted panel IRP103V has perforated slots which you can use to secure your power supply, PLC computer or other instruments using M4 screws and hex nuts. You can also use cable tie to secure your equipment on the panel. This method is an easy and quick way get your project complete with in time and within budget. IRP10325VS offers customization without drilling.

IRP10325VS is an excellent option for project that does not have a lot of room to work with. You can double its installation capacity with optional IRP1-CNB expansion brackets. It has three mounting holes on top and bottom flange of the Din Rail Panel design for IRP1-CNB. IRP1-CNB gives IPC Designer option to utilize the empty space behind IRP10325VS to mount additional DIN Rail modules.

COVER PANEL INCLUDED

IRP10325VS includes a removable solid cover panel IRP103S. IRP103S is secure from right and left side of the mounting brackets. Once IRP103S is installed, the only way to remove it is to detach IRP10325VS completed from the server rack to gain access to IRP103S panel. Since IRP103S is detachable, installer can place it on a drill press to custom punch holes for LED status light, switches or instruments. IRP10325VS gives designer more customization options.
